The Warehouse Buyers is owned by HZ Capital Partners. Why two names? HZ Capital Partners is named after our founders' initials, but it doesn’t exactly spell out what we do.

Our new name says it all—we focus on purchasing warehouse buildings. Whether you call them industrial buildings, manufacturing facilities, shops, or something else, our goal is to make it crystal clear what we’re looking for: something that looks somewhat similar to the building in our logo!
